Description
We are Grateful Pastures Farm. We are the only Certified Organic Pasture-Raised Poultry Farm in Georgia. We raise our chickens in mobile shelters, moved daily to ensure they are constantly on fresh grass, layering our soil with a thin layer of manure as they move. We raise chickens, turkeys, and cook bone broth in our USDA-further processing facility. We also have dual-purpose cows that we are planning to start a small-scale dairy operation with. We would love to have someone interested in regenerative agriculture to work with us.

Hours: Part-Time, 9 to 15 hrs per week
Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri 8am to 11am
Compensation: $13/hr

Responsibilities
Assisting with daily chores for chickens, turkeys, and/or cows
Other duties as assigned (may include but are not limited to):
Crate cleaning
Tote cleaning
Weekly sweeping of barn
Trash
Pressure wash feeders
Clean out brooder
Packing market Freezers
Moving birds to pasture
Weedeating fence lines
Qualifications
Experience not required, but interest in regenerative farming/ pastured-poultry is preferred. We would love someone who has worked with pastured poultry before.
