Manage 200+ acre multi-crop organic farm. Crops included: wheat, barley, rye, blueberries, blackberries, mayhaws, hops, hemp, vegetables, soybeans, sunflowers, and cut flower varieties. - Management

- Crop Estimation & Harvest
Analyze established crop for the current season and estimate output. Work with team to harvest the current crop. Collaborate with buyers, and invoice once harvest and transaction are complete.

Collaborate with the Harvest Manager on crop health and expected harvest, as well as any potential crop concerns.
- Equipment Maintenance
Keep equipment running with as little down-time as possible, and outsourcing mechanical assistance as needed. Maintain equipment logs for routine scheduled maintenance on all equipment.
- Safety
Requisition PPE items from main office, and ensure employees are abiding by label recommendations when mixing and applying.
- Irrigation
Monitor soil moisture content via DataTrac 3 and determine when citrus blocks require irrigation.
