Townline Stables is currently seeking applications for 2 stable hand positions. Townline Stables is a well established horse stable with 60 horses located adjacent to beautiful Grainger Woods an Illinois Nature Preserve.  Do you like being around horses and people who love horses? We have 8-hour workdays 6 days a week.  We pay up to $15.00 an hour depending on your skills and experience plus cash bonuses and  tips from Clients. We provide work clothes and chiropractic care.  Free Lunch several times a month.  We offer full training and are dedicated to  building the skills of our Team

Actualmente tenemos 60 caballos y estamos buscando uno o dos hombres capaces para agregar a nuestro equipo.

¿Es usted alguien que puede manejar caballos y le gusta trabajar en un entorno agrícola? Si es así, nos gustaría saber de usted.

El trabajo consiste en sacar los caballos por la mañana y regresar a sus establos por la tarde.

También limpieza de puestos manejando una variedad de herramientas, manejo de un tractor, algo de jardinería, pintura, carpintería y mantenimiento de los edificios de la finca.

Tenemos jornadas laborales de 8 horas, 6 días a la semana. Pagamos $ 11.50 a $ 15.00 la hora dependiendo de sus habilidades y experiencia.  Pagamos bonificaciones (en efectivo) y los trabajadores reciben propinas de los Clientes dos veces al año.

The work involves bringing the horses out to their pastures or paddocks  in the morning and back to their stalls in the afternoon.

Cleaning out the stalls and putting down clean shavings occupies the mornings.  Afternoons is devoted to projects, including  landscaping, painting, woodwork and maintenance of the farm buildings.

Experience in handling horses is highly desirable.  We are looking for a  Team Player who is not afraid of hard work and who also takes pride in their work

High school education or equivalent

High comfort level being around animals ideally handling horses.  Able to handle a variety of tools, drive a tractor,
