Thanks for taking a moment to review my information. In a brief summary, I grew up on my grandfather's farm which raised fresh produce (vegetables, fruit, pigs, horses) and learned very early in life the benefits of hard work and building community relationships. Everything we raised was not only for our own consumption but also to sell at our roadside stand. The knowledge of my grandfather passed down to his children then continued to me, built an enormous appreciation for land stewardship, conservation and animal husbandry.  When my family had to sell my grandfather's farm, I began the pursuit of formal education regarding the business of landscape contracting and agriculture.  Having seen firsthand the trends of land development and population growth, I always knew that this area of work was where I wanted to contribute my skills, education and experience.

My goal is to either team up with an owner/operator and be mentored for the purpose of eventual ownership in some capacity or to find an owner/operator who could appreciate the qualities I have and incorporate them into an established operation for long term commitment for success and job security.

I am also a small business owner recently celebrating my 13th year in business as a Landscape Contractor. My company specializes in landscape construction, design and installation through an environmentally conscious approach, working with nature in a natural function. My greenhouses have propagated native plant materials for installation, erosion control and seasonal plant materials. I also have experience running my own CSA and raising beef cows.
