Organic Farm Manager (7025)

Manager for Organic Crop Farm. Family owned farm which provides fruits and vegetable crops to the family and to the Manager and eventually to the public at some point.
This is a new Farm on 1000 acres. All the infrastructure has been installed and now we just need the right candidate/s with the skills to manage multi crops and greenhouse farming along with small chicken house and other farm animals.

Ideal Candidate or Couple must be passionate about organic practices. Proficient in Analyzing operations, crops, and recommending improvements.
Preparing plans and schedules for planting and harvesting.
inspect crops and also perform tests on soil and water.
Ensuring seeds, fertilizers, and other supplies are regularly restocked. Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or equivalent.
Additional courses in Business Management or Administration is recommended.
