Farm Manager of Regenerative Sustainable Nonprofit Giving Garden provides a 12-week Community Shared Agriculture donation program for 60, elderly food insecure over a six-month season. Commitment to full season minimum, mid-March through mid-October for 30 hours per week with ability to extend contract if mutually agreed. Direct Regenerative Production Farm lead or manager experience for at least 2 full seasons and Direct Hoophouse Farm experience desired for at least 1 full season Experience with regenerative and sustainable farming and produce handling practices. Education in Agriculture with focus in natural/regenerative farming or indoor hoophouse production is a plus but is not required. A combination of related skills and education will be accepted.

$20K commensurate with experience per 6-month season, free Produce Weekly for Personal use after fulfilling the CSA.

Salary Range: $15,000 to $20,000
