Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic professional for the role of Agronomy Sales and Management. This individual will provide expert support and advice to customers on agronomic products, including seeds, fertilizers, Biologicals, and chemicals, with the primary objective of driving sales. Additionally, the role involves training new staff and overseeing their professional development when required.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in agronomy, crop science, soil science, biology, or a related field such as horticulture, plant physiology, or environmental science.
Alternatively, a degree in agricultural business with a background or minor in an agronomy-related field is acceptable.
Strong understanding of agronomic practices, crop production, and agribusiness operations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and collaborate with team members.
Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations to optimize crop production.
