Hoof Trimmer or Apprentice (7257)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Trimmer to join our team. We will train the right individual willing to learn the art of hoof trimming on dairy cattle.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for dairy cattle. This role involves maintaining the foot health of cattle at multiple farms.

The Trimmer will work primarily in indoor settings, including barns, utilizing hand tools and mechanical equipment to perform essential tasks.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Utilize hand tools & mechanical equipment effectively for trimming tasks.
- Maintain organization of work areas, including tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members
- Previous experience with dairy cattle.
- Valid drivers license
- Strong mechanical knowledge to operate various hand tools/machinery safely.
- Ability to occasionally perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to handle hours of standing & walking
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic
