Project Manager (7338)

The successful candidate will be an integral part of a team whose aim is to discover the next generation genetic therapies for a wide range of indications. The position requires enthusiasm, passion, attention to detail, and a desire to create new medicines for patients.
mRNA stability analysis

Key Responsibilities:
Develop analytical methods focused on Next Generation Sequencing
Work independently on NGS in the laboratory to support cell therapy projects.
Design & execute experimental plans and deliver on projects with dynamic and tight deadlines.
Perform molecular biology techniques including cloning, qPCR, NGS, RNA/DNA extraction analysis, ddPCR, and other plate-based assays.
Support assay development, qualification, validation, and troubleshooting in a GMP setting.
Provide expertise on multiple techniques to support troubleshooting and enhancing of existing assays.
