Farm Assistant Position (7393)

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Farm Assistant to join our team. This role offers hands-on farm experience and the opportunity to work closely with animals in a rewarding environment.
What We’re Looking For -  reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude

Ability to perform physical tasks and handle equipment safely

Willingness to learn new skills (training provided)

Critical thinking and independence are a plus

Key Responsibilities
Operate tractors for tasks such as moving hay, road grading, and mowing

Milk up to seven Jersey cows twice daily

Assist in producing dairy products (training provided after hire)

Lift and carry feed bags (up to 50 lbs)

Help with gardening and light construction projects

Work independently and apply problem-solving skills when needed

Schedule
Wednesday through Sunday

Mondays and Tuesdays off
