Description
Land Bridge Partners is seeking detail-oriented and independent Agricultural Inspectors to perform on-the-ground inspections of agricultural commodities, machinery, equipment, and related assets. This role is field-heavy and involves traveling across the United States to conduct site visits, document findings, and submit reports to clients in agriculture, finance, and insurance.
This position is ideal for early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in agriculture while building connections in the industry.
Responsibilities
Conduct inspections of a wide range of agricultural assets (commodities, equipment, storage, land, facilities, etc.).
Document inspections through written reports, photos, and digital forms.
Verify conditions, quantities, and compliance with client requirements.
Travel locally and regionally to complete assignments.
Work independently while maintaining clear communication with the home office.
Qualifications
Familiarity with agricultural operations (farm management, crop scouting, equipment use, etc. a plus).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Reliable communication and reporting skills.
Comfortable using basic technology (smartphone apps, GPS, online forms).
Must have access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Ability to travel within specified geography.
U.S. Citizen.

Gross Compensation: $30/hour for inspection work and $21/hour for travel.
