Farm Hand (7412)

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team, filling Farm Operator roles in Mentone, CA.

Operate farming equipment for planting and cultivation.

Inspect, sort, and grade.

Assist with ground preparation, including soil tilling, irrigation setup, and planting.

Monitor crop health and assist in pest and weed management practices.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

Support the harvesting process.

Proven experience operating tractors and farm machinery, preferably in Apples, Pumpkins, Berries, Christmas Trees farming or similar agricultural environments.

Strong understanding of farming practices, including soil preparation, irrigation, and crop management.

Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on farming equipment.
