Your Day
Supervise and train farm staff and volunteers, cultivating a positive and productive work environment.
Coordinate planting, harvesting, and other agricultural activities in alignment with seasonal requirements.
Develop and implement farm management plans to ensure optimal productivity and sustainability.
Host occasional farm tours with members of the public, press, and visitors.
Maintain equipment and oversee repairs as needed.
Full-time, year round
In-person with minimal remote work.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for in a Care Farm Manager
A passion for the purpose: supporting people with disabilities, community engagement, and social justice.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in farm management or proven experience.
Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising staff.
A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, farm management, environmental science (or related field) or relevant experience is highly desirable.
Ability to interact effectively with community members and stakeholders.
