Farm Hand/Laborer (7468)

We are a fifth-generation family farm operated by a father and son pair, with one seasonal hand who helps during the summer. Our operation is rooted in hard work, long days, and a deep respect for the land and livestock. We are looking for someone who understands the demands of agriculture and is willing to put in the hours when the work requires it.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work long hours during busy seasons
• Experience with tractors and farm equipment (preferred, but willing to train the right person)
• Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions
• Comfort working with cattle
• Reliability, honesty, and commitment to showing up
• Respect for the heritage and expectations of a multi generation farm
