Field Operator (7511)

Moss digitizes tree farms and nurseries, so farmers always know what they have. We're growing our field team to meet customer demand — and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Field Operator to join us. You'll be boots on the ground at customer sites: operating our robotic sensor equipment, collecting plant data, and running on-site missions. Expect early starts, outdoor work, and a front-row seat to ag tech in action.

You will: Travel to farm sites and run data collection missions with Moss's sensor kit. Set up equipment, do plant counts, caliper validation, and log field notes. Manage gear start-to-finish — setup, charging, storage, and teardown.

You have: Outdoor or ag experience (nurseries, landscaping, fieldwork). Comfortable in all weather, physically fit for full days on foot. Detail-oriented, reliable, independent. Tablet-savvy. Valid driver's license required.
