I'm 37 years old, remarried with 4 kids (3 live in Alabama with my ex-wife and 1 lives here in Lebanon). 8-year active-duty army veteran, Airborne Infantryman, 3 degree's, and a work ethic that I do not believe will be matched. I have managed a small ag style farm in Georgia, and managed a horse style farm here in TN. I have skills and knowledge in running a tractor, skid steer and smaller excavator. Looking to help take your farm, land, and or property to the next level...My father's words have always echoed in my mind "leave it better than you found it." After I gave my life to the Lord in 2021, that is the promise I made the Lord that whatever amount of time I have left in this life, I would spend it serving Him and leaving things better than how I found them.
Education
got my 2nd master's in 1 year with a 3.8 GPA
finished my master's in 1 year with a 3.8 GPA
got my bachelors in 2 years while on active duty
did all my construction classes and left after a year to join the army.
Experience
Manage the day to day and employees on the ground and overseeing the duties that directly relate to the horses on the farm (6 horses and 3 mini donkeys). I left because I did not feel like I was the right fit for the leadership style the farm wanted and needed.
The owner of the farm owned and operated a roofing company, bought a retired 40+ acre horse farm and I moved from the roofing side to running the farm. Main job was to reclaim the farm: previous farm owner hadn't touched the farm in over 10 years. I had to clear and cut down tree's, bush, and fence lines all while reshaping the farm and getting it ready to plant for winter greens. I left that farm because I was moved to traveling and working out of town for the roofing company and was not able to maintain my role on the farm full time.
