Production Assistant (7534)

Golden State Fields, a California-based agricultural production company, is hiring Production Assistants to join our team. No experience is required; we provide full training on day one. Responsibilities include hands-on farm and production work such as harvesting, packing, and general field support. We offer flexible morning or afternoon shifts and are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals ready to start immediately.

No prior experience necessary. We're looking for candidates who are reliable, hardworking, comfortable with physical outdoor labor, and available for consistent shifts. Farm, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
