Description
Liberty Hillside Homestead (Ada, OK) seeks a farm resident for a work-trade arrangement beginning January 2027. The role centers on twice-daily milking, 7 days a week, once dairy cows arrive in March. January–February: barn prep and land clearing (~2 hrs/day). No wages — housing for labor. In exchange: a full-hookup RV site and access to our farm incubator program to run your own enterprise and keep the revenue.
Qualifications
Experience with livestock or small-scale farming preferred. Must be reliable, self-directed, and comfortable with daily animal care in all weather. Strong communication skills and genuine alignment with regenerative agriculture values. Corn- and soy-free feed practices required. Must own an RV. Open to individuals, couples, or families with a vision for their own farm enterprise.
