Willet Dairy is a second generation dairy operation located between Auburn and Ithaca, New York. Their operation consists of approximately 5,000 Holsteins milked from 2 parlors; replacement heifers number about 4,000; and field operations consists of planting and harvesting around 4,600 acres of corn, 2,500 acres of alfalfa, canary grass, and hay.
