Bakko Transfer, Inc. is a family owned and operated service organization based in Litchfield, NE. The core business is providing forage services to the livestock industry on the Central and Western Plains. We have assembled a professional and courteous staff of people skilled in buying, selling, grinding and hauling alfalfa, corn stalks and other forage crops. Whether it’s one of our hay yards, or one of yours, we will keep your livestock operation supplied with timely forage products, ground to your exacting specifications.

The fall harvest is our all-hands-on-deck time of the year. In addition to the daily forage crop operations, we pile and pack silage, as well as custom grind and pack high moisture corn. Our corn harvest customers range in size from the mom-and-pops’ to the industry’s largest livestock operations. There’s literally no job too big, or too small, for us to handle.   We have the equipment and the expertise to get the job done right.

In addition, we have a maintenance and repair center in Litchfield, NE. This business segment was born out of necessity to maintain our unique fleet of equipment; from semi-truck and trailers to tub grinders and 4-wheel-drive tractors. Our mechanics are specialized in diesel mechanics, fluid power, air and electrical systems.
