Equipment Maintenance Manager (7281)

Oversee planting, irrigation, chemical spray, harvest
Record field status, jobs completed, etc.
Coordinate the daily workflow between departments. Ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources.

Manage mechanics to ensure machine repairs are completed and maintenance schedules adhered to
Monitor work order requests, updates, maintenance schedules, and machine assets using Monday.Com
Maintain appropriate records and file appropriate paperwork with the state and/or federal government

Answer the phone, assist customers in the store
Create invoices using Agris
Create shipment quotes

Experience with heavy machinery mechanics
Experience in agricultural production
Experience in customer service or retail
Experience in an operations management role or similar capacity.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead people effectively.
Analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make informed decisions.
In office 7:20am-5pm M-F, 7:30am-12pm Saturday
Ability to sit in front of a computer all day
This role may operate forklift
