Property management; maintaining large family estate year round.

Large family compound containing several family houses and a 3-BR estate manager’s house with its own garden. This former dairy farm also includes barns and outbuildings, fenced pastures, fruit trees, woodlands, trails, and a large pond.

Supervision of outside vendors and service providers (10%)

Communications with owner/family members (5%)

• Operate and maintain a wide variety of machinery
• This is often physical work, so the ability to lift and/or move heavy objects is important
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve excellence in tasks large and small
• The ability to work outdoors in all seasons with a deep respect for nature
• Have a valid driver’s license, and be able to work legally in the United States.
