Farm Crew Member (7285)

We are seeking a motivated and responsible individual with a passion for regenerative agriculture and dairy production. The ideal candidate will assist in daily farm operations, including daily milking of 3 dairy cows, moving animals to new pastures (includes beef & poultry), and regular farm maintenance. Duties could also include attending farmers markets, farm product deliveries, and weekly runs to our feed supplier.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily care and feeding of farm animals, including milking duties.
Monitor animal health and report any concerns to the farm owner.
Maintain a clean working environment including milking equipment as well as the processing station.
Assist in pasture management, including mowing/weed eating , rotating livestock, and maintaining fencing.
Operate basic farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist with general farm maintenance tasks as needed.

Previous farm experience is preferred.
Passion for regenerative agriculture and dairy farming.
Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of farm equipment operation and ability to back a trailer is a must.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
