Farm Hand (7341)

As a farm hand you will be helping with all aspects of flower production from planting and weeding, to harvesting, transplanting, cultivating, irrigation work, mowing/weed whacking, sowing seed. This position is very physically demanding and best suited for someone who understands what farming is all about and is physically able to shovel, lift heavy objects, and be in a kneeling position for a long period of time.

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Dependable, punctual, and self motivated is a must.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to work independently and fast paced.
Previous farm experience (flower farm preferred) is required.
