This Old Farm, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and capable individual to join us as a Manager in Training for our expanding operation. We raise 300 Katahdin Hair Sheep and manage two high-end romantic getaway cabins on our beautiful 130-acre property.

Established: Over 20 years of supporting small and emerging producers
Operations: Meat processing, packing, retail marketing, and agritourism
Sheep: Katahdin Hair Sheep (Learn More)
Cabins: Romantic getaways (Explore Cabins & Candlelight)

Sheep husbandry and practical veterinary healthcare
Light equipment operation
Exceptional guest relations and property management

Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Full-time commitment with minimal oversight after training
Experience in sheep husbandry and light equipment operation
Ability to provide outstanding guest experiences

Salary: $40,000 - $65,000

Work Schedule:
Day Shift: Monday to Friday
Night Shift: Possible during lambing
