Farm Manager (7224)

Small cotton farm operation in Millican, TX is seeking a dedicated Farm Manager to oversee all operations of our farm. Our ideal candidate is someone with a deep understanding of farming best practices, strong leadership skills, and a passion for agriculture.

• Oversee and coordinate all farm activities including planting, fertilization, pest management, harvesting, and machinery maintenance.
• Manage and supervise farming personnel
• Inspect farm property and equipment, making repairs when necessary.

• Knowledge of agriculture practices and crop production
• Ability to operate farm machinery and equipment
• Organizational skills to plan and manage the harvest, storage, and distribution of crops

Pay Range: $50,000 - $70,000+
