Farm Manager (7342)

As a farm manager you will oversee daily operations on our flower farm. This includes but is not limited to; field work, crop planning, and managing staff. The ideal candidate has a passion for flowers and sustainable farming, and the leadership skills to guide a team through a successful season.

2+ years of experience in farming, horticulture, or flower production.
1+ years of experience with farm management.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Passion for flowers and local agriculture.
