Hundred Oaks Farm is launching a regenerative, pasture-based livestock operation on 19 acres right outside Geneva. We're committed to rotational grazing, soil health, and building a local beef-share and mini CSA model.
Why This Role Is Unique
We’re seeking a hands-on, experienced Farm Manager who can manage daily livestock work starting Spring 2026—and contribute to planning, fencing, and infrastructure early in Fall 2025.
Qualifications
Ideal Experience:
- 3+ years with livestock (beef preferred; goats/pigs a plus)
- Proven rotational grazing systems experience
- Strong understanding of fencing, water systems, animal health
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors year-round
- Comfortable with UTVs, trailers, and basic farm tools
- Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Farm sales or direct-to-consumer experience is a bonus
Benefits
Salary: $50K–$60K + performance bonus + insurance stipend
Initial Housing: Off-site (Year 2–3 on-farm housing potential)
Hours: Full-time (~40–45 hrs/week), some weekend coverage expected
