We are a fourth-generation, family-run farm in Joplin, MT. We handle approximately 15 different types of commodities and offer custom hauling, spraying, and cutting services. We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our team.

Position Type: Full-time, Year-Round
Start Date: As soon as possible
Pay: DOE with opportunities for periodic raises and bonuses for the right candidate

We are a fourth-generation, family-run farm in Joplin, MT. We handle approximately 15 different types of commodities and offer custom hauling, spraying, and cutting services. We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our team.

• Farming and mechanical experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus but not required)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Self-motivated
• Willingness to work long hours during peak seasons (harvest and seeding)
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
