Compensation:
Base Salary: $15/hour
Sales Commission: 10% on revenue over $1000 per day
Lead Commission: $1 per new email subscriber
Food Credit: $1.50/hour to spend at Wanda Farm’s store
Hourly Rate: Can range from $15 to $40, depending on market success
