Feedyard Manager (7185)

We are looking for an experienced feedyard manager to run our small ~5,000 head feedyard in rural Colorado. They would oversee a team of 2-3 people on day-to-day operations and cattle and feedyard infrastructure maintenance.

This person would have to have experience feeding cattle, calling feed, doctoring feedyard bovine.
Equipment and ranching experience a plus.
We need a strong and eager leader who can take the ample autonomy provided and create something that will sustain and grow.

3-day weekends every other weekend
The role comes up with a three-bedroom house all utilities and rent included that has been kept up to date with a yard and room for horses.
It comes with a company vehicle and fuel. Pen space, feed and maintenance for up to three horses.
We are looking for someone who wants to raise a family out in the community or desires rural living
