Harvest Crew – Picker/Packer (7383)

Adam’s Farm is located in Charlotte, Vermont just 15 miles south a Burlington.
We are a community-oriented farm that grows 25 delicious acres of certified organic strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and other small fruits. We take pride in the fact that 80% of our berries are distributed within a 15-mile radius of the farm through select restaurants and food markets and at the Saturday Burlington Farmers Market.

We expect coworkers to be engaged, efficient, be able to pick up tasks quickly, and creatively stay motivated throughout the day and farm season. Humor while working hard and keeping a good pace is always a plus. We try to keep it fun but we do have high expectations that we expect employees to do their best to maintain.
