Description
Husband: PT -22 hours weekly (5 hours daily ( mornings) / 2hours weekends)
Grounds maintenance and repairs. Must have experience in equipment and tractor maintenance, Tree work (chainsaw), weed eating, organic garden maintenance and lake overflow management. Mowing, managing a small chicken coop. Some experience in minor plumbing , electrical and fence repair helpful. If you have a truck and your own tools, that is a plus.
Wife/Partner: PT-15 Hours weekly:
Experience with childcare and healthy cooking. Occasional babysitting for 6 year old boy, cooking 2-3 nights weekly , keeping our small home neat and clean on a daily basis.
Requirements:
Must have clean criminal history, no smokers or drugs. Valid updated drivers license with no accidents so you can take my grandsons to and from school occasionally.
Compensation:
Provided for you is a fully furnished, (king bed) very nice garage apartment. Open floor plan, loft style with full kitchen and bath. All utilities included power, gas, water, Dish Network TV. A small salary of 1,000.00 per month is included for the right couple.
