Description
This is a full time position year round. This individual must have already had experience managing an operation, keen eye for detail and general knowledge of the different cuts of meat, shipping, warehouse management, and customer relations. This individual will in a sense be responsible for knowing the ins and outs of the business from the time the animal is dropped off at the processor to the time the order arrives at the customer's home. The ideal candidate will develop into becoming our “director of operations” as their knowledge and experience grows.
