Educational Integration Partner with educators to deliver and expand DOE-approved environmental science, nutrition, and entrepreneurship curricula.
Curriculum Expansion & Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic part.
Community Engagement: Lead volunteer events, workshops, and outreach efforts to involve local residents and organizations in urban agriculture and healthy living.
Program Development: Plan and implement new hydroponic garden sites.

Feed Our Soul is a nonprofit organization based in South Los Angeles dedicated to combating food insecurity through sustainable urban agriculture and education. Our mission is to empower youth and communities to grow, prepare, and access healthy food using innovative practices like hydroponic farming. We integrate DOE-approved environmental science and nutrition curricula into our programs to help students earn elective credits while learning essential life and career skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Environmental Science, Education, Sustainability, or related field preferred.
3+ years' experience in urban agriculture, hydroponics, education, or nonprofit program management.
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Social media and content creation experience strongly preferred.
Passion for food justice, youth empowerment, and sustainability.
Spanish language skills a plus.
