Small Farm Property Manager Caretaker (7191)

Duties are maintaining the property to a high standard performing regular inspections to identify issues or repair needs coordinating and arranging for external contractors for repairs and maintenance day-to-day maintenance of the property with things like garbage removal, window washing, deck maintenance performing regular cleaning of floors, both inside and out Cleaning the garage and pole barn and communicating with us about anything that needs to be done. General overall responsibility

Must have a totally clean background, driver's license, speak English, experience for several years with these duties Please do not apply if you are not looking for a job that is not an option.

Salary is $35,000 a year plus housing which is a small but new unit with all utilities paid for
