Description
Drive sales efforts to meet and exceed quarterly and annual growth targets in alignment with financial objectives.
- Build/strengthen partnerships with our distribution network, securing their commitment to stock, sell, and support CHONEX products within their customer base.
- Develop and conduct training programs for distributor management, consultants, and sales teams.
- Represent CHONEX at industry functions, trade shows, and conferences.
- Lead the sales team and manage the sales budget.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in the agricultural sector
- Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Environmental Science, or related field
- Willingness to travel overnight up to 50-60% of the year
- Proficient in computer usage and social media
