Description
•Support customers and dealers when they call or email in on sales, field service, and order tracking.
•Increase customer and dealer satisfaction and loyalty by implementing strategies to deliver outstanding service assistance.
•Drive process improvement and efficiency to optimize operations by helping to design, create, and implement a service platform to train others on Harvest Tec service knowledge.
•Conduct: equipment demo trials, product training, open houses, hay days, etc. to demonstrate the functionality and benefits of the Harvest Tec product line.
•Assist with the companies’ warranty program.
•Assist Engineering Team with new product development and testing on new and existing products.
Qualifications
•B.A or B.S. in a related field of Science or Engineering is a plus
•Experience with agriculture equipment
•Experience in Parts, Sales, and Service
•Public Speaking or Training Background is desired
•Knowledge of the Alfalfa and Grass Industry
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Excel at problem-solving and analytical thinking

Harvest Tec offers compensation packages that are competitive, and we are open to discuss the needs of individual candidates. Packages will include full benefits including medical insurance, pension, vacation, and full reimbursement of expenses. We also offer a yearly bonus incentive.
Start Date: 4/15/24
Salary Range: 50,000-60,000
