We're seeking a skilled and experienced Tractor Operator to join our team at Ravenwing Farm and Ranch in Malaga, WA. As a Tractor Operator, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining tractors and equipment to support our ranching and farming operations.
*Responsibilities:*
- Operate tractors and equipment to perform tasks such as plowing, planting, and harvesting crops
- Maintain equipment in good working condition
- Assist with livestock care and handling
- Work collaboratively with other farm staff to meet daily goals
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
*Skills and Requirements:*
- 2+ years of experience operating tractors and farm equipment
- CDL (Commercial Driver's License) preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
