Skills
I have owned and operated my own dairy farm for upwards of 30 years. I have generally done all the work myself, with the exception of having a few employees over the years. I am looking for an opportunity to work with a good herd of cows and a good employer who has the same focus and direction as I have as well as work in a modern and clean facility would be ideal. I have always maintained high milk standards which resulted in high quality milk awards throughout my career, as well as gained higher premiums.
