Dedicated worker with experience in beef, dairy, and equine, various equipment

I am a dedicated worker and able to learn things on the go. I am not afraid to ask questions if I am unsure of a task or situation. I am able to keep adequate records, perform tasks efficiently and skillfully. I have experience in both beef and dairy operations, as well as some equine experience. I grew up on a cow calf operation where I helped manage the farm, worked cattle, operated equipment, aided in hay season, and kept records on registered stock. During college, I worked at the college dairy as a student worked then a Herdsman. As a student I took care of the maternity barn, milked cows, mixed feed, and fixed fences/ did pasture rotation. As a Herdsman I managed a team of student workers, communicated with management on task prioritization, communicated with the other Herdsman on herd updates, sent off milk samples and oversaw dry cow vaccinations. During high school, I took western riding lessons and also aided in giving lessons a few times.
