Agricultural Machinery Operator (7350)

We are looking for an Agricultural Machinery Operator with experience in operating and maintaining modern agricultural equipment to support our planting, cultivation, and harvesting activities.
What will you do?
• Safely operate various agricultural machinery for planting, cultivation, harvesting, and land maintenance.
• Ensure that equipment is kept in excellent condition and report any faults or malfunctions.
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficient management of agricultural operations.
• Follow safety regulations and company procedures for an organized and efficient work environment.
Machinery used
Operators will work with equipment, including:
• Tractors (John Deere, Case IH)
• Combines for corn and soybean harvesting
• Precision planters
• Sprayers and spreaders
• Soil tillage equipment
• Telescopic handlers and material handling equipment
• Excavators for digging and earth-moving operations
• Graders for maintaining internal roads

What are we looking for?
• Preferably 3 years of experience in operating agricultural machinery.
• Knowledge of maintenance and management of agricultural equipment.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to seasonal demands.
• Driver’s license (preferred) and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
