Apple Picker (7370)

Apple picking on 100 acre orchard. Seasonal from mid August through end of October. Must be able to climb tall ladders while carrying 30 to 40 pounds. Job environment is outside, sometimes in extreme heat and humidity during late summer with exposure to bees and insects in the orchard.

This is a tough job that requires endurance and care. Apples are easily bruised and so the picker should have experience or be a fast learner. Ability to climb a ladder, operate a tractor, carry up to 50 pounds. Physical endurance and stamina to deal with the weather

Housing may be provided with included utilities, power , hot water, kitchen, bath and laundry at not cost if needed, not a rental. No benefits other than Workers Comp Insurance provided. This is a seasonal, 10 week job.
