Dairy Farm Manager (7551)

We are a family-owned dairy farm looking for an experienced, motivated, and optimistic Farm Manager to lead and oversee daily farm operations. We are expanding our bottling operation, exploring new revenue streams, and thinking hard about what it takes to keep this farm thriving for the next generation. We’re seeking a candidate to identify and implement necessary changes for the future sustainability of the farm.

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in dairy farm management or a closely related role
• Demonstrated experience managing or caring for a dairy herd (milking, breeding cycles, health monitoring)
• Proficiency operating tractors and farm equipment; basic mechanical and repair skills required
• Experience with harvesting operations and feed/forage management
• Verifiable track record of responsible, compassionate animal care
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and make sound
