Farm Manager (7387)

Manager member positions start at $18/hr, and depend on experience level. Farm experience is required.

Duties include managing the field crew, and harvest crew.
35-40 hours/week average, year-round, full-time
Work days are normally M-F
Starting immediately
Minimum 6 month commitment required
2 week paid trial period
Possible pay increase after 6 months

We are looking for someone specifically with leadership qualities, comfortability managing others, strong ability to multi-task, and organized. Person must be passionate about organic food systems. No-spray farm.

Experience required with organic practices, tractors, BCS 2 wheel tractor, fertigation injectors, electric fencing, irrigation timers, greenhouse trellising systems, crop planning, jang seeder, etc.
