We are seeking an experienced Farm/Ranch Foreman to oversee day-to-day hay production and assist with cattle operations. This is a leadership role responsible for managing crews, operating equipment, and ensuring efficient execution of farming and ranching activities.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in alfalfa hay production, farm equipment operation, irrigation management, and team leadership.
We offer a competitive salary starting at $60,000+ (based on experience), paid vacation, performance-based bonuses, company vehicle, and housing.

Basic Spanish, mechanically inclined, welding experience (preferred), experience harvesting and baling alfalfa and grass/grain hay, experience leading employee crews, center pivot irrigation experience
