Farmer (7453)

Operate Equipment Safely and Efficiently: Use machinery such as, but not limited to, forklifts, mowers, loaders, ATVs, semi-tractors, grain carts, and soil finishers, tractors with precision and care.
Perform Field Operations: Carry out essential fieldwork, including tilling, planting, harvesting, and operating field equipment as needed.
Service and Maintain Equipment: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm machinery; coordinate with Tim to order necessary parts and maintain records

Machine operating experience
Basic knowledge of machinery parts, components, and maintenance
Basic knowledge of cropping processes
Eagerness to learn new things
Ability to be flexible with schedules/tasks based on the weather
Ability to be collaborative with team members
CDL- or driving experience
Drivers license
