General Farm Worker (7394)

As a General Farm Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the daily operations of the farm. This is a hands-on role requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
Irrigation and watering plants as needed
Assisting with fence repair, barn maintenance, and other general farm upkeep
Sorting, cleaning, and packaging produce

Previous farm or agricultural experience preferred but not required
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods
Willingness to work in outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, and rain
Basic understanding of farm equipment operation is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
