Earn $28/hr caring for two beautiful adjacent Frenchtown area farm properties.
We are seeking a reliable, experienced Caretaker/Property Manager/Handyman to oversee and maintain two neighboring farmland properties year-round.
Duties Include:
General property maintenance and lite repairs
Animal care (sheep/chickens)
Lawn, garden, tree, and yard work
Occasional scheduling and oversight of vendors
Requirements:
Experience with estate property and farm maintenance
Comfortable with tools and basic mechanical skills
You take pride in your work, stay organized, and are comfortable with email and text
References required
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working the land and wants flexible, stable income. 20+ hours per week, year-round.
Pay:
Minimum starting income $28/hr, commensurate with experience. Workers' comp included.
